Yes, due to the magic of digital technology, the voice of Count Dante is currently heard in arenas throughout this great nation on one of rock and roll's most talked about tours, while The Count himself has enjoyed the comforts of home. Last May, SAMMY HAGAR HIMSELF summoned Mighty Dante to his mountain retreat to record a pro wrestling style intro for the Red Rocker's intro video that plays on the big screen before his set on this summer's tour with David Lee Roth. The voice of Count Dante, which has thrilled audiences coast-to-coast with Incredibly Strange Wrestling, is now the last thing that so many rockers are hearing before Sammy and his band hit the stage and starts rocking!

The question remains though: when is Count Dante and the BDFS going to launch an arena tour of their own? After all, if any band should be playing the nation's grand concert halls it is CD & the BDFS, and if any man has what it takes to command a big stage, then it is Count Dante with his message of total, gut wrenching success!

While his voice has making the rounds this Summer, the Count has not been resting on his laurels. Last month, CD & the BDFS went into Bart Thurber's HOUSE OF FAITH STUDIOS in Oakland and recorded 5 new songs and two success seminar spoken word pieces for an upcoming release. The tunes that were put to tape were Come to My Seminar, Edinburgh Castle Pussy, 30 Seconds of Love, Indie Worker and a heavy metal cover of Tom Jones' I Who Have Nothing. Many of these searing rock epics are familiar to the Count's cult following of rabid fans who have checked out his amazing live shows. Count Dante is currently toying around with the idea of releasing Seminar and ECP on a gold vinyl 7" 45 that is sure to become a COLLECTOR'S ITEM CLASSIC while the Count, The General and Jim head back into the studio to crank out 5 or 6 more songs of BONE BREAKING SUBMISSION FIGHTING KUNG FU ROCK for a full-length long playing compact disc! Also in the better late than never department: in between studio sessions Count Dante lived out every man's fantasy and MC'd the MISS NUDE SAN FRANCISCO PAGEANT at the fabulous NEW CENTURY THEATRE! The Count's co-host for the show was none-other-than the awe-inspiring LETHA WEAPONS who thrilled audiences when she starred in the John Wayne Bobbit porn (as well as 80 other porno films). This was one of the most incredible competitions of all time as some of SF's finest strippers vied for the ultimate crown and Dante was there to lend his keen insights and booming voice to the proceedings. Anthony Petkovich of Spectator Magazine noted that the Count and Leetha had some chemistry up there and that maybe they could become the comedy duo for this still young century!

During the event the gorgeous gals competed in three different categories: the evening gown, swimsuit and (of course) the erotic striptease. The Count personally picked Whisper as the most talented and beautiful of the bunch, but the expert judges from The Ticket 1050am and Spectator chose Vanessa as the victor and we all woke up the next morning with a new Miss Nude San Francisco!
