No, that isn't Jack Black starring in Captain America scribe Ed Brubaker's new spoof of a particularly overwrought but much watched video blog from Comic Foundry journalist Tim Leong. Brubaker and his wife Melanie Tomlin shot the short to promote Brubaker's new creator-owned graphic novel Criminal, which is coming from Icon in October and once again teams Brubaker with Sleeper artist Sean Phillips.

Although the version with Count Dante as a madly gesturing "journalist" has barely been streaming on Youtube and Ed Brubaker's Myspace page for an hour now, The Count's gag-filled theatrics have already rocketed around the Web!
