The amount of total web traffic to www.count-dante.com beat analysts with a club yesterday as it soared to 1758 total hits. On the previous day the website, a web portal to all things Count Dante, had done what was seen as a healthy but comparatively meager 24 hits and 29 hits the day before that.

This incredible spike in Count Dante interest from people loafing at their tenuously held jobs was delivered to the www.count-dante.com via a link on the internet publication www.bbspot.com - no doubt a powerful shaper of "e-pinions." This completely trounces the Count's previous high water mark of 109 hits his site gained when www.memepool.com linked to it.

While the Dow, Nasdaq, and President Bush's opinion ratings are sinking like stones weighted down with chains and concrete, the Count's popularity must be seen as at an all time high. Analysts are now speculating on whether THE COUNT'S TOTAL SYSTEM FOR COMPELTE SUCCESS that so many are now reading about could LEAD A RALLY ON WALL STREET and turn back the clock to the dot-com boom days that nearly destroyed all of San Francisco and ravaged much of Northern California. Needless to say, opinions are divided on whether this is a good thing or not and if we should urge the President to give another one of his investor pep talks to insure that the markets will be plunging once again despite the skyrocketing amount of Dante web traffic.
